Take an hour’s bus to the starting point of hiking and explore in-depth the virgin forest of Mantadia, where 14 species of lemurs and 84 species of amphibians live, including yellow-tailed lemurs, grey lemurs and bonobo lemurs, and it is also the kingdom of wild orchids. Finally, walk into the village and stroll through the railway station, village market and streets in 1930.

In order to better witness the activities of wild lemurs, we will set off in the early morning and follow the guide to hike for 2 to 3 hours into the depths of Andasibe Reserve, looking for Indri lemur, the largest lemur species. At the same time, there is a chance to see 4 to 5 other species of lemurs.
Indri lemurs are nearly 1 m long and have a special call, which resounds through the rainforest. They love freedom, and there is no precedent for successful cage keeping. Due to deforestation and environmental destruction, they are now on the verge of extinction.
Then walk into Waknu Private Reserve, an isolated island home to four species of lemurs (brown lemur, bamboo lemur, white-striped folded lemur and crowned lemur). in the end 3.5 hours ride back to Tananarivo.

Take a flight to Antsirana and take a 1-hour drive to Amber Mountain National Park. At an altitude of 800 to 1,475 meters, it has the best preserved rainforest in northern Madagascar, dotted with waterfalls and lakes. Due to the small number of tourists, the number and activity of wild animals have increased. Here we look for rare Dwarf dead leaf chameleon, Crested Lemur and Brown Beautiful Lemur.

Day 7 Red Stone Forest Tour, go to Ankara
Go through the cross-country section to Red Stone Forest, a special geological landscape that stands like a blade. According to the orientation of the sun, the stone forest will emit different colors at different times. Although the conditions of the traditional wooden house where you stay today are basic, it faces the mountain and the lake, and there is no Internet and TV. It is advisable to start a meditation journey without electronics.

Day 8 Ankarana Reserve Tour
Explore Ankarana on foot, made up of formative limestone from the middle Jurassic period 150 million years ago. It has the longest cave system in Madagascar, inhabited by ring-tailed lemurs, northern weasel lemurs, black lemurs and Sanford brown lemurs.
